Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Package not shipped, refund only.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the costs.
  • If there is no problem with the product and the buyer simply wants to return the item for a refund, the return shipping fees and customs duties will be borne by the buyer.

2. Return Process

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds for ā€œrefund onlyā€ requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
  • Original payment method will be credited; shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to seller error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized goods (custom products) cannot be returned.
  • Products damaged by misuse or without proof of purchase are ineligible.

5. Exchanges

  • To exchange a defective/wrong items, please contact customer service for assistance.
